Due to the nature of beauty services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

• If you are unhappy with your treatment, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include a complimentary touch-up.​

• Unopened and unused retail products can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

• Opened products are non-refundable unless faulty.
