Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Please note: - Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. - If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. - Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. It will not be transferable to a future booking. No-shows will also forfeit the deposit.
